If you think the open position, you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!</p><p>Our people make all the difference in our success.</p><p><span>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</span></p><p>The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security Administration (ISA) Service Delivery is a global organization within CISO with 600+ staff located across the globe.  IAM ISA Service Delivery manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employee / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications.  IAM ISA Service Delivery works in partnership with CISO to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business driven technology projects related to information security issues.</p><p>The Global ID Administration (GIDA) Senior Analyst is Senior level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.</p><p><br/><u>What you will do:</u></p><ul><li><p>Provide customer service support and collaborate with other groups within the business and throughout Citi.</p></li><li><p>Initiate process changes and improvements based on Lean methodology</p></li><li><p>Aid in guiding complex projects, utilizing pertinent tools and methodologies</p></li><li><p>Coach others, identifying development needs and resources to reach stretch capabilities</p></li><li><p>Able to handle simple thru complex, multi-tiered escalations, problems by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service.
