About the role

ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates. 


We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC & HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will alway be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

Follow the Group's policy, as a human resources business partner, to enhance the capabilities of employees and develop talents to achieve the company's goals of growth and sustainability. Lead the company's transformation by improving the C&B structure and succession plan to attract and retain talents.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Partner with department leaders to develop and implement business people strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.

2. Understand key business priorities, translate into practical HR interventions and make sure people management practices are effectively applied (Goal setting alignment). 

3. As the primary HR interface, actively support line managers to drive employee questions. 

4. Cascade and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company standards after alignment with Group HR CoE teams and IS HR manager.

5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all employees, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote a harmonious working atmosphere (ex. teamwork, communication meetings, awards events, quarterly labor-management meetings, etc.).

6. Provide coaching and development to department managers and supervisors on HR policies and practices.

7. Partner with leaders on talent management, including recruitment, talent retention, and succession planning. 

8. Conduct talent assessments to identify organizational strengths and opportunities for development. 

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and services. 

10. Responsible for Annual Personnel headcount and expense budgeting and corporate with managers to optimize departments' organization to fulfill business requests. 

11. Develop the local training plans and introduce Group’s training programs to improve employees’ capabilities, with administrator’s assistance in execution of the qualification program for employees.
