Enterprise Strategy & Enablement
- Set and continuously refine enterprise direction for care delivery innovation (virtual, digital, and operational care models) by translating external market signals, emerging technologies, and internal performance insights into clear strategic priorities and measurable outcomes aligned to Enterprise targets (growth, access, quality, and experience).
- Chair enterprise governance and portfolio prioritization to recommend investment, allocate resources, and make stop/continue/scale decisions; establish stage-gates, standards, and operating rhythms across markets to ensure consistent adoption, outcomes measurement, and benefits realization against Enterprise targets.
