The Global Payments middle platform product line provides unified payment solutions for all our international product lines, such as TikTok, Helo, games, education, etc. Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems under the Global Payments product line. It continually solves quality and efficiency problems to ensure that Global Payments provides a highly reliable service for our international products.

You will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Global Payments product line, and ensure this middle platform provides a reliable service for upstream business from business and technology dimensions.

Responsibilities:
1. Possess the development ability to build test environments, and able to coordinate with the development/introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency, and achieve the actual quality effect in the business.
2. Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.
3. Close collaboration with global teams with flexible working hours.
4. Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the field of backend software testing and development.
3. Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or equivalent coding languages.
4. Open-minded with great communication, eager to learn, and always passionate about delivering the best user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in the field of software testing and development; Experience with API testing and payments systems or financial institution systems is a must.
2. Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.
3. Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or equivalent coding languages.
4. Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to help with the landing of new hires and enable them to ramp up quickly.
6. Familiar with SDLC process, and different testing phases in SDLC.
7. Open-minded with great communication, eager to learn, and always passionate about delivering the best user experience.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150400 - $324000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
