DESCRIPTION:
The HR Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and customer service support to the Human Resources department, ensuring a positive employee experience. The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR team offices with a number of different projects, which will include a combination of the responsibilities outlined below.
We are seeking HR support during the summer months, as well as ongoing support throughout the year as needs arise. Please indicate your interest in the application.
- Summer Support: This assignment will begin in approximately mid-late June 2026 and will end on or before August 12, 2026.There are approximately 6 positions available and priority will be given to applicants who are able to commit to the full timeframe of the assignment.
- Ongoing Support: We are developing a pool of candidates who are interested in ad hoc work in HR. We have work available starting immediately for various lengths of time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must meet all of the following qualifications listed below to be considered for the vacancy.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
0–2 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
References:
Two supervisory references will be requested prior to any offer of employment. A task action will be sent by your recruiter upon meeting job qualifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems such as Workday
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
