Sr. Associate, Provider Integration
Strive is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual for the OSH Strategic Operations Manager position. This role will be responsible for the internal coordination of multiple teams, focusing on planning and executing both patient and provider engagement activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple diverse teams to meet the partner [OSH] requirements of both patient and provider engagement initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to coordinate efforts across diverse teams to meet and support varying strategic initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure a cohesive, streamlined approach to engagement activities following OSH requirements.
- Patient Engagement Activity Planning: Lead the coordination efforts for planning and executing patient engagement activities, including but not limited to Call parties, Strive days, cooking demos, educational courses, etc.
- Provider Engagement Activities: Oversee OSH needs related to provider engagement activities, working closely with internal Provider Leaders and Provider Integration teams to develop strategy, address any concerns, and execute efforts.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct strategic analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to engagement activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Launching Coordination Efforts: Initiate and coordinate efforts around launching various engagement activities.
- Resource Management: Effectively pull in and coordinate multiple internal resources to support engagement initiatives, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Strong Deck Building Skills: Develop and create comprehensive decks for presentations, conveying complex information clearly and compellingly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in proven experience in strategic operations and coordination, preferably in the healthcare industry.
