Overview
The Contract Administration Work Authorization team at the Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) is looking to fill an AOT Contract Administrator position. The position will need to have a proficient level contract administration work involving the administrative functions of multiple procurement related processes for services retainer contracts post-contract execution, to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, provide an orderly means of tracking post-execution actions, and ensuring contract compliance in the work authorization and invoicing processes.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework schedule.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in an office setting. Communication with external and internal customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public administration, accounting, business management, or related field AND one (1) year or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants, agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants and agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.
OR
Two (2) years or more of experience as an AOT Contracts Specialist Il or AOT Contract Administrator II with the State of Vermont.
