• Salary range for Team Leader  : $25-28.41 / hour, based on experience
• Schedule : Must be able to work 3pm - 1am

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Birmingham, as the Team Leader :

 

• Basic preventative maintenance repairs on equipment and lifts
• Assist Operators in obtaining quality needs according to customer specifications.
• Be available to replace operators/material handlers for vacations, sickness, personal days, etc.
• Reinforce safe behavior with team members
• Keep working spaces clean
• All other tasks appointed by your direct supervisor

• Has great leadership and communication skills; previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
• Detail oriented mindset is critical
• Good safety record / proven work ethic 
• Experience with SAP systems is preferred
• Experience on Fork/Clamp trucks
