FPI Corporate Dir Professional Fees Reimbursement Operations- Practice Operations- Hybrid Opportunity-full cycle revenue management expertise

Directs and coordinates all activities pertaining to professional fee billing for two or more large clinical practices through general or direct supervision of patient account staff, supervisors and managers. Responsible for all activities relating to billing and for the development of the professional fee billing process. Implements plans to improve operation’s efficiencies. Reports to the Chief Operations Officer/Chief Strategic Operations & Business Development Officer.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred
• Ten or more years related experience and/or training preferably in an academic healthcare setting, academic medicine experience not required (Full cycle revenue management expertise/experience is essential to this role: billing, AR management, provider enrollment)
• Eight years of management billing experience is required
• Works collaboratively with other leaders and proactively communicates with subordinates, colleagues and executive leaders
