For this new position we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality and Food Safety Culture Lead. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p align="left">How you will make an impact</p> <p>In this new, exciting role as Food Safety Culture Lead, you will work across our factory, ARINCO, driving change to obtain the desired behaviour across all departments with respect to quality and safety. </p> <p>You can, among others, look forward to: </p> <p align="left"> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee and ensure compliance with quality GMP standards and procedures</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of food safety throughout the organization</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on quality and food safety practices</li> <li>Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to quality control and food safety</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p align="left">We imagine that the ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications, in addition to bringing 2+ years of working experience with food production to the table:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Quality Management)</li> <li>Proven experience in quality measures and food safety management</li> <li>Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality and food safety standards</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment</li> <li>Fluent in Danish and English</li> </ul> <p align="left">If you have worked with change management, it will be an advantage.</p> <p> </p> <p>What do we offer?</p> <p>You will join Arla Foods Ingredients at our production site ARINCO in Videbaek, Denmark.
