Position Title: Sr. Vice President of Tradecraft

Job Summary
This individual ensures Tradecraft's business operations are efficient and effective. You will do this by establishing good rapport with clients & key business partners, identifying profit opportunities, and developing strategic plans. This role requires a dense understanding and experience in the specialty Coffee and Tea business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures that the proper management of resources, distribution of services to customers, and analyses of systems are conducted
• Directs business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary
• Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the organizations
• Builds an effective and results-achieving team within the region
• Participates in the sales process by working with the pre-proposal site survey team, aiding in presentations, aiding in negotiation, and approving of the final contract
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to enhance partnerships and align strategic direction with Business Development, Retail Experience, and Branch Operations throughout the client journey and life cycle
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee Tradecraft operations activities throughout the North American organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of our internal and external partners
• Responsible for implementing strategies to maximize lifetime client value, growth, and retention by championing process excellence and close-loop systems
• Maintain and improve operations in the areas of service levels, quality, effectiveness, and satisfaction, while managing change being driven by both the industry and within the organization
• Creates and provides resources, tools, communication, and enablement in support of a frictionless experience for all internal partners and external clients to achieve company goals
• Identifies opportunities for efficiency and modernization with the Tradecraft business across the organization
• Integrally involved in product, launch, velocity, demand, capacity, and relevancy planning at both a branch and client level
• Exhibits superior communication skills and leadership in interactions with senior executives, while providing expertise and guidance on operations strategy and systems to meet organization goals
• Collaborate with key internal and external business partners to stay aware of changes in the coffee and tea sector; proactively drive strategic and operational plans that align with industry opportunity and cutting-edge position
• Foster a culture of empathy and people-first interactions that drive positive relationships, highlight opportunities for development, and support overall team engagement
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of management experience ; In-depth understanding of specialty coffee & tea
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning
• Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions
• Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and similar facts
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
