This role will contribute technical expertise to modern user-facing applications, including web-based and desktop experiences, with responsibility for driving implementation decisions, collaborating with UI/UX and cross-functional teams, and helping to elevate the quality of frontend engineering across the team. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in frontend application development, solid product and systems thinking, and experience building responsive, scalable applications that support complex, real-time workflows.<br><br></p> <hr> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Contribute to technical decisions and participate in architectural discussions for frontend applications and related systems</li> <li>Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using modern frameworks and technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Electron</li> <li>Partner with UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences</li> <li>Design and implement real-time, bidirectional communication features to support live data streaming and updates</li> <li>Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, scalability, and maintainability</li> <li>Help define and promote engineering best practices for frontend architecture, testing, observability, and performance</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers on the team</li> <li>Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to ensure efficient integration between frontend applications and underlying services</li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of software development experience, including significant experience building complex frontend applications</li> <li>BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend application development</li> <li>Experience building performant, interactive web or desktop applications</li> <li>E
