The Role

In order to grow the team, we need to find and bring on board the best engineering talent. We're committed to cutting through all the noise and getting to the smartest, most technical, and most personable engineers out there. All those qualifications mean that we need someone who is both insightful about people and also knowledgeable about technology. We are hiring for many levels of seniority: from new grads to leadership and need someone who is ready to do it all!

In this role you will:

• Spend time sourcing and qualifying technical candidates.

• Work with outside sourcing partners where needed.

• Invent and run creative sourcing campaigns. This could include attending and adding messaging to corporate events.

• Communicate with candidate and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate internally on interview panels and interviewer pools.

• Negotiate with and close candidates.
