Branch Supervisor 

As a Branch Supervisor, your responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. provide Best-In-Class Customer Service 

What You’ll Do: 

• Responsibilities include successful management of branch financial performance, and personnel, inventory, distribution, counter sales,  

• Always demonstrate effective leadership skills. 

• Develop a strategy that outlines resource requirements, including facilities, equipment, and staff, to meet the company's current and anticipated growth goals. Provides clear expectations of goals to all branch employees. Manages performance of branch employees and recognizes issues, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted. 

• Understands and utilizes financial indicators to measure the performance of branch. 

• Processes all check deposits for the branch 

• Ensures safety and security of all employees, facility, equipment, and inventory. 

• Maintains compliance with all safety, legal, and employment regulations. 

• Ensure the showroom is stocked with proper material and kept presentable  

• Supports employees with pricing adjustments and special pricing agreements 

• Manages all cycle count, returns and inventory adjustments 

• Maintains slotting and storage layout for optimum efficiency. 

• Maintains documented procedures for work processes. 

• Proficient in system Order Entry and train associates to be the same 

• Manages all in process Ques, will call, invoice, warehouse. 

• Ensures compliance with processes and procedures to maintain accurate levels of inventory and prevent shrinkage. 

• Maintains open channels of communication with the Area Manager regarding all operations, processes, and personnel. 

• Supports a collaborative environment with other Branch Supervisors to promote efficiency in the Company.
