What shall you expect from the role?

• strong drive, independence, and background in solution sales such as ServiceNow are the key ingredients we're looking for
• your expertise should extend to at least IT Service Management (ITSM)
• a structured and disciplined approach to your work is vital, ensuring you can excel in the role
• for some accounts, you will serve as a Key Account Manager (KAM), working closely with our valued clients to meet their unique needs, therefore we need your ability to foster strong, long-lasting relationships will be invaluable
• your mission is to leverage your existing connections within the ServiceNow network to pick up generated leads and convert them into opportunities. It's all about turning potential into success
• proficiency in English and French/German is a must. Your language skills will allow you to navigate and excel in diverse markets, expanding our reach and impact

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

• IT Solutions & Professional Services Sales experience
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, to take the initiative and to build long-term business relationships
• Advanced English and German/French, both spoken and written form
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with skill in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent time and project management skills; you are always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Driving licence B
