Performance Test Engineer (AEO Offshore)

1. Minimum 5-7 Years of QA experience with at least 4 years of experience only in Performance testing 2. Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability. 3. Excellent coding skills in a modern object-oriented language (e.g., Java, .net). 4. Experience in cloud-based load testing 5. Analyze tests results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes. 6. Experience in load testing microservices based applications /API 7. Expertise with Application Performance Monitoring (APM)tools, such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic. 8. Help to identify gaps in test coverage. 9. Develop new performance tests. 10. Resolve issues reported against performance test frameworks. 11. Enable and adjust testing schedules for performance tests in CI. 12. Contribute to team planning sessions. 13. Attend regular triage sessions for bugs related to performance test automation. 14. Maintain documentation for performance test automation frameworks and tests. 15. Experience in designing the load mix / usage pattern and load test plan 16. Execute local tests and report results as needed. 17. Provide support for the performance test infrastructure. 18. Involved in Performance engineering activities. 19. Experience in analyzing the thread dump/heap dump files 20. Have experience in profiling the SQL/Stores Procedures 21. Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability. 22. Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions. 23. Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements. 24. Evaluate system performances and recommend improvements. 25. Generate periodic performance reports for team review. 26. Good to have experience in Retail domain / Ecommerce/B2B/B2C/ Upstream (e.g. ATG) & Downstream system (e.g. Sterling OMS) 27. Tools/ Technology a. Jmeter b. Load Runner c. Java d. New relic or other monitoring apps e. Grafana/ Splunk f. Experience in CI/CD
