About the role

Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.   We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.   Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

At Lucid Motors, delivering a world-class digital experience is core to our brand. We are looking for a driven and experienced Program Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the cross-teams execution of global digital initiatives that enhance our customer journey and elevate our brand on Lucidmotors.com website.

You’ll be responsible for implementing program management best practices and agile processes to ensure seamless on-time high-quality delivery of our product roadmap. From leading sprint ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams, to managing risks and tracking progress, you'll be the operational engine that powers our digital product initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, removing roadblocks and driving focus on customer value, business impact, and delivery excellence.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is highly motivated about driving innovation, managing change, and delivering results.

You will:

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple digital workstreams—from intake to planning to execution to delivery.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Create and maintain project plans, delivery calendars, and cross-team workflows to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Track project progress, coordinate across teams, identify risks, take meeting notes, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders through structured reporting, dashboards, and meetings.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards tracking sprint velocity, burn-down rates, and feature delivery timelines. Provide weekly reports on development progress and blockers to ensure marketing campaign launches stay on schedule.
  • Track resource allocation and dependencies between CMS updates and marketing campaigns. Provide executive risk reports identifying potential delays that could impact product launches or compliance deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Content Managers, and Engineering leaders to refine the backlog, prioritize features, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Promote agile best practices and continuously assess team maturity and performance.
  • Navigate shifting priorities and remove blockers to keep the team focused and performing high.
  • Partner with internal teams to support change management and adoption of new digital capabilities.

You have:

  • 4+ years as a Program Manager in a digital environment, with hands-on experience managing complex projects in Agile Scrum frameworks.
  • Proven success driving delivery in a CI/CD environment; scaled Agile experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep expertise in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, transparent approach.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional, multi-team environments.
  • Background in industries such as IT/software, e-commerce, consulting, or automotive is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
