We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</span></p></div><p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Platform Engineer at Imagine Pediatrics, you will be instrumental in empowering our organization to deliver a seamless, reliable, scalable care platform. You will partner with stakeholders on Product Engineering and QA to define and implement the next chapter of Imagine Pediatrics' technical infrastructure. You will:</p> <ul> <li>Design and build secure-by-default AWS infrastructure (Terraform, CDK)</li> <li>Own networking architecture: VPCs, routing, subnets, VPNs, DNS, NAT gateways</li> <li>Configure firewall rules, security groups, private networking, edge services</li> <li>Set up and support containerized environments (ECS, EKS, Fargate)</li> <li>Lead observability implementation: metrics, logs, tracing</li> <li>Integrate system/network logs into SIEM in collaboration with Security Engineer</li> <li>Build and manage CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.)</li> <li>Collaborate on incident detection and remediation</li> <li>Develop and document runbooks for on-call and platform issues</li> <li>Optimize for performance, cost, and high availability</li> <li>Respond to platform reliability issues and lead postmortems</li> <li>Responding to RFP's and customer questions related to network setup and infrastructure</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You Bring & How You Qualify</span></strong> </p> <p>First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child wi
