We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Production Control Supervisor, based in Torreon II Plant, Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).
As Product Control Supervisor you will coordinate engineering or model year changes to ensure smooth launching and minimal obsolescence. Follows up on delivery performance with our customers and actively participates in the elaboration of production forecasts.
Your Task will be:
- Based on the Master Production Schedule, generates the daily schedule by UBT and by shift.
- 4. Monitors the adherence between what is produced and the production schedule.
- Generates monthly production, sales and inventory forecasts.
- Track the value of finished product inventory.
- Maintains direct contact with warehouse analysts to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
- Follows up on rejected material (Hold area).
- Participates with the finance area in the reconciliation of finished product.
- Follow up on the Delivery Rating of our customers.
- Analyzes and follows up on the Excess and Obsolete report.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education Undergraduate / engineering degree.
- Experience Preferably 2 years or more in similar positions.
- Proactive, Organized, Working for objectives according to a defined timeline. Negotiation Skills, teamwork, knowledge in MS Excel. Time effective Management, IATF 16949, MPS, Customer Service
- Bilingual
