Product Manager, Payments – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Role Responsibilities
The Product Manager, Payment will define, enhance and document Payments (Funds-Out) product requirements and own projects end to end delivery.
Collect business requirements from stakeholders, write stories, elaborate them to scrum teams, Initiate and obtain CLIP (Compliance, Legal, Infosec, Privacy) approvals, support story delivery life cycle and accept or reject sprint results.
Run technical assessment of assigned project, enhancement or fix, lead product requirements alignment and development, ensure delivered product quality meets stakeholders’ and customers’ needs.
Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions
Participate in all Agile team ceremonies
Collaborate with QA, UAT and Production testers, define test cases and acceptance criteria.
Support the project handover to operations, regional teams and other stakeholders
Upload all change initiated supporting documentation to defined repository (Jira, Sharepoint)
Before and during the scale phase identify and drive process and productivity improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality
Role Requirements
Graduate degree in business or engineering
5+ years in product management or product owner experience
3+ years of global payments product (funds disbursement or payments processing) experience, or equivalent
Experience in Agile processes and frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Safe
Experience in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently
Speaking Spanish (B1 and higher)

Salary
The base salary range is $125,000 - $146,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
