Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Technical Assembly Lead to oversee a team responsible for assembling parts for satellite systems in a manufacturing facility. This hands-on role combines leadership, technical expertise, and production oversight to ensure high-quality assembly of electrical and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting blueprints, using precision tools, and guiding team members to meet production goals.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and participate in the assembly of satellite system components.</li> <li>Interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings during assembly.</li> <li>Assemble electrical and mechanical parts manually, following prescribed procedures.</li> <li>Use measurement equipment such as scales, calipers, and multimeters.</li> <li>Utilize small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for precise assembly.</li> <li>Clean and package assembled parts in protective materials.</li> <li>Assign daily tasks and goals to team members and monitor progress.</li> <li>Coach and motivate team members to meet production and quality standards.</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure workflow continuity.</li> <li>Assist in training newly assigned personnel.</li> <li>Function as a liaison between the team and management.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p>High school diploma or GED required, technical degree or higher preferred.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p>A minimum of 6 months of related experience in assembly or manufacturing.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience leading or supervising a production team.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and assign tasks clearly.</li> <li>Strong coaching and motivational skills</li> <
