Senior Technical Recruiter – Remote
Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with proven experience sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent in support of federal government contracts. This primarily remote role will support East Coast business hours. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a pipeline of cleared candidates for high-impact projects across our mission solution areas. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, mission leads, and executives to understand complex technical requirements and identify the right talent to meet them.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle technical recruitment, particularly in the cleared federal space, have a deep understanding of complex technical skill sets, as well as an understanding of law enforcement and national security customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full life cycle of recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Source and attract top technical cleared talent - using job boards, databases, social platforms, referrals, and events.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit).
• Build trusting rapport with hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Support funded and proposal-based hiring for critical federal programs in cybersecurity, software engineering, data engineering, and DevOps.
• Build rapport with candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay up-to-date on labor market trends, clearance requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience. Must have experience in the federal government contracting environment.• Demonstrated experience recruiting for cleared technical roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI), especially within law enforcement and national security missions.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Zoho preferred).
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
