Job Title : Retail Specialist - Maison Margiela, Marni

Report to : Retail Manager

Location : Seoul, Korea

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare weekly, monthly sales reports, store performance reports, competitor sales and trend analysis
• Monitor store sales associates’ individual performances and KPIs, providing insights on action plans and strategic recommendations
• Update budgets and monthly targets on reporting systems ensuring accurate reflection in sales reports
• Follow up on stores’ retail activities by close communication with department stores, store teams, and office relevant teams
• Manage communication with department store buyers regarding store issues, including repairs, markdowns, co-promotions, advertising opportunities
• Assist monthly store manager meeting by preparing materials, meeting recap, following up on store requests
• Manage CRM actions by proactively communicating with HQ CRM team, provide CRM reports and VIC data to stores, monitor and share results of DRT (Dynamic Retail Task) clienteling initiatives
• Handle commission processing for store management and resolve discrepancies in payments and EDI sales
• Manage retail-related operational expenses, including processing invoices for promotional activities
• Assist retail team such as store opening projects, pop-ups, in-store activities
• Update and maintain department store contact list, including store opening dates and margin rates

 

Qualification:

• BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
• Minimum 4 years of retail experience; preferably in luxury retail industry
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills in retail business control
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
