We’re looking for a Hospital Medicine - APP for our Dedicated Observation Unit who values collaboration, sound clinical judgment, and a supportive culture that puts patients first. We’re seeking a Hospital Medicine - APP for our Dedicated Observation Unit to join our program — someone who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced practice environment.

🩺 The Role

• Schedule 7a-7p, Rotating 7 on/7off 
• Collaborative Dyad Model with a dedicated observation physician
• The APP will round daily on observation patients, participate in clinical decision-making, and partner with the physician to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care
