Senior Business Designer

• Scope, plan and lead design projects and provide engaging and inspiring strategic consultancy to our clients
• Work with an exciting client base–often centred around digital and sustainability-related challenges and opportunities
• Work within the full spectrum of design–from research and strategy to design execution and implementation.
• Turn challenges upside down to unlock opportunity and action; that is, to create lasting impact for people, organisations, and businesses.
• Help lift our strategic design game to new heights

We would like you to be…

• Passionate, driven, creative, and a team-spirited person
• A skilled strategic thinker and doer with 3+ years of relevant professional experience–for example from a strategy consulting firm
• A master graduate in business, design, social science, or other relevant educational backgrounds
• Able to use research, business analytics, and your pure genius to identify opportunities, insights, problems, unmet needs, trends, connections, partnerships, and technologies that can be turned into innovative new concepts; products, brands, or services.
• A partner for our clients, able to listen, advise and build strong relationships
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive– and the guts– to bring them to life
• An EU national, or have a working permit for Denmark
• Fluent in Danish and English–other languages are a bonus!
