The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Principal level ISR Electronic Design and Analytical Engineer (Digital and Analog Payload Designer) located in El Segundo, CA

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops Company technology development strategies and integrates product specifications into technology strategies
• Supports development of technical aspects of critical proposals
• Leads development of Company make/buy strategy for electronic products
• Develops, designs and conducts research that results in new product offerings or business opportunities
• Represents the Company in industry research and development activity related various aspects of electronic products design, manufacture and test
• Works independently

This position is Onsite. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform all work onsite in El Segundo, CA

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

• Active Top Secret/SCI
   

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• Level 6: 20+ years of experience leading or working similar projects or teams with a Bachelor’s OR combination of technical education and work-related experience with a Masters
• Hands-on experience in RF analog circuit design
• Experience supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) or Electronic Warfare (EW) operations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Experience developing payloads for RF applications
• Experience with Digital and Analog interface design

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, or physics (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position does not offer relocation. Candidate must relocate at own expense.
