Role: Life Sciences Delivery Project Manager (PM)

 

The Opportunity:

Content Creation and Distribution Services operations plays a vital role in helping cross-functional teams within the EY Studios create and deliver quality work. As part of the Content Creation and Distribution Services team, you help to create an environment where work can be performed without blockers, clients always know what to expect, and our work reflects the attention and detail it deserves. 

This role will require 40-60% time on-site at the client in Princeton, NJ, the remaining time can be at an EY office or remote/working from home.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project management tracking and monitoring in program tracking tools  (e.g. Workfront, Jira, etc)
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of client projects by scheduling client meetings, prioritizing project tasks and helping to drive project work streams and deliverables
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
  • Facilitate effective and efficient meetings, collaborating with project team members and discipline leads to develop strategies and action plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams to direct and drive better processes and ways of working, tailored to team needs
  • Continually update relevant business stakeholder of project status and periodically publish project status reports
  • Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Manage scrum cadence (if applicable) and artifact delivery
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial health of all studio projects and compliance with EY economic principles

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline).
  • 3-5 years experience leading projects in a Project Management/Producer/Account capacity in the life sciences industry.
  • Experience managing cross disciplinary teams (designers, developers, researchers, copywriters, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing digital project roadmaps through completion/delivery
  • Experience with Project Management Software (Jira, Azure, Teams, etc.)
  • Willingness to be on-site 40-60% of the time in Princeton, NJ
