Production Supervisor

- Build and maintain a safe work environment. Be responsible for the maintenance and protection of company property in the assigned work area
- Share responsibility and accountability for schedule, quality of product, and safety with direct reports. Set clear objectives and measures, monitors progress and results
- Participate in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions. Interview and recommend potential candidates
- Maintain and support ongoing training programs. Participate in the development of new or updated training programs as necessary. Provide tasks and assignments that challenge and stretch employee’s abilities. Conduct regular discussions with employees on personal development
- Communicate regularly to assigned employees on matters such as business conditions, goals, trends, accomplishments, pay plan updates, and information on benefits and policies
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and consistently and fairly coordinate and supports company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- One year of supervisory related experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Understanding of Lean principles

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
