About the role

PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist with fellowship training in Hematopathology to join our hospital-based practice in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time position offering a balance of hematopathology and general surgical pathology work in a busy regional hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic expertise in hematopathology, including bone marrow, lymph node, flow cytometry, and peripheral blood evaluation, along with the ability to contribute to generalist coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign-out of hematopathology cases (bone marrow, lymph node, peripheral blood, flow cytometry)
  • General surgical pathology case coverage
  • Participation in tumor boards and clinical discussions
  • Support for lab quality initiatives and clinical consultations
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • AP/CP Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Fellowship training in Hematopathology required
  • Tennessee medical license or eligibility required
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
