SERVICENOW TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN

 

The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for the development and ongoing technical expertise and architectural solutions in ServiceNow, acting as the key technical architect for solution definition, implementation, and deployment; handling any known issues; mitigating risks; maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  This individual will have direct engagement with the implementation of solutions as well as guiding internal or external developer resources. This role supports the ServiceNow product owner team within the HR organization.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead in the design and development within the ServiceNow platform and HRSD module. Areas include but are not limited to: Virtual Agent, Live Agent Chat, Workspace for HR Case Management, AWA, Skills, ESC Portal, Mobile App, Localization Framework, Dynamic Translation, Integrations, Performance Analytics, Analytics Center and ACLs.
• Engage with the stakeholders to design and build solutions built within the ServiceNow platform and HRSC module.
• Provide guidance on both HRSD and ServiceNow development best practice.
• Implement ServiceNow core applications and design and develop custom applications.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades.
• Document all repeatable processes and transfer to the necessary Developers.
• Provide a monthly/quarterly “health assessment” of the HRSD platform as a proactive measure to avoid any performance issues.
• Develop a proof of concept for all future state platform design/functionality.

 

Your Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• 2+ years as ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, developing the platform, and working technical solutions for customer problems using the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

• Fluent in English 
• Excellent written and verbal communication across groups and stakeholders 
• Vendor management and partnership to support the change management cycle 
• Ability to analyze processes and develop plans for improvement 
• Committed to continuous improvement and attention to detail 
• High subject matter expertise in data management, analysis and reporting best practices and technologies
