About this Position

The Enterprise Architect (Engineering) owns Henkel’s infrastructure and technology architecture across cloud, network, compute, security, observability, and resilience. You define the technical foundation that ensures performance, reliability, and security for all business applications.

What you´ll do

- Develop the enterprise technology strategy and translate business ambition into technology roadmaps
- Define target technology architectures and reference architectures across cloud, runtime, and engineering platforms
- Moderate cross-domain technology decisions and align engineering, network, security, data, and artificial intelligence in one direction
- Set technology standards and golden paths for engineering teams, and decide on justified exceptions
- Consolidate platforms, retire legacy technologies, and reduce technical debt across the landscape
- Moderate the development of our technology principles and strategies
- Ensure the technology foundation supports artificial intelligence, resilience, sovereignty, and cloud economics
- Evaluate emerging technologies and balance innovation with operational stability

What makes you a good fit

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or technology leadership, ideally with responsibility for systems in production at global scale
- Proven track record in technology standardization and platform consolidation within a federated organization
- Broad expertise across cloud, networking, databases, base applications, engineering platforms and artificial intelligence infrastructure, with depth in at least two areas
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills up to executive level; fluent in English
