This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Deployment Coordinator to support our INDOPACOM Customer in Honolulu, HI! Come join our growing team today!

What you will do

  • Ensures deploying contractor personnel complete all pre-reporting requirements so that they can deploy immediately upon completion of CRC or equivalent processing
    • Pre-reporting requirements include, but are not limited to medical readiness, Theater Specific Individual Readiness Training (TSIRT) certifications, Current Individual Readiness File (IRF) records needed for identification and processing, Valid passports and visas (for the longest period possible to mitigate a mid-tour break in service), any other preparation to prevent rejection by the CRC
  • Ensures all contractor and subcontractor personnel comply with all guidance, instructions, and general orders applicable to U.S. Armed Forces and DoD civilians and issued by the Theater Commander or their representative, including any and all guidance and instructions issued based upon the need to ensure mission accomplishment, force protection, and safety
  • Ensures that all deployed personnel comply with pertinent Service and DoD directives, policies, and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with all Federal statutes, judicial interpretations, and international agreements (e.g., Status of Forces Agreements (SOFAs), Host Nation Support Agreements) applicable to U.S. Armed Forces or U.S. citizens in the area of operations
  • Additional duties as assigned or required 

 

What we are looking for

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
  • Proven understanding of pre-deployment requirements for contractor personnel, including medical readiness, training certifications, personnel records, passports, and visas
  • Experience ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines set forth by the U.S. Armed Forces, DoD, Theater Commanders, and international agreements (e.g., SOFA, HNSA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve deployment roadblocks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders (contractors, subcontractors, government agencies)
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI
