Job Summary:
The Base Operations Warehouse worker partners with the Breckenridge Mountain Dining to receive and deliver product for on-mountain restaurants, be a steward of sustainability by properly retrieving compost, trash and recycling, support the sustainability goals of Vail Resorts, and work with warehouse management to support the resort.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting Warehouse supervisor with daily product receiving from multiple vendors while maintaining warehouse organization standards
- Utilize procurement software to receive products and send alerts
- Check Accuracy of POs against invoices
- Safely transport products to on-mountain restaurants including fresh and frozen food, dry goods, beverages, and cleaning supplies via snowcat.
- Transporting product and equipment between on mountain locations
- Stocking coolers/freezers in organized manner.
- Take ownership of how loading docks, freezers, and coolers are being utilized and kept safe for use by the team. Daily trash and recycling cleanup at loading docks.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining standards for the rest of the team
- Safely operating a snowcat in high alpine conditions (training provided)
- Forklift operations

Sustainability:
- Do daily checks of garbage, compost and recycling needs for each mountaintop restaurant.
- Working with C2Z team for proper waste management and recycling programs
- Will help drive growth of Commitment to Zero programs and raise awareness of Sustainability efforts at resort level through employee education
- Provide restaurant loading dock guidance and management for waste streams.
- Safely bring down compost, trash and recycling from mountain top to the base area.
