LOCATION: CAMBRIDGE, MA

This position sits in and reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA. There is no remote option and we have a hybrid work schedule. Local candidates only.

Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow globally, the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics team is looking for a candidate who is amicable, hardworking, and imaginative to join us this summer as an intern to continue the success of our multi-faceted and impactful team. In this position, the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics intern will draw upon their knowledge of clinical research and clinical trial design to assist with finding relevant patient cohorts using the TriNetX Network. The Clinical Feasibility & Analytics intern will also utilize existing clinical information and skills to help solve complex research questions. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is willing to learn our platform, data, and tools with the determination to learn and optimize clinical research. Candidates will learn the particulars of clinical trial design and feasibility, use of real-world data in healthcare settings, and epidemiological research study design and analysis. The internship will culminate with a company-wide internship presentation, where you will discuss the work you’ve done and your experience.


What you will be doing:

  • Learn to manage daily operations of the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics team
  • Track task statuses against the specified timelines and deliverables, and communicate the statuses and activities with larger team
  • Translate eligibility criteria and query for patient cohorts using the TriNetX Network
  • Review professional journals and publications to help solve complex research questions
  • Assure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality of information
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics staff as necessary, and communicating your concepts and ideas to the team


What you bring to TriNetX:

  • Excellent communication skills and has experience working on a team
  • Initiative to learn our platform, data, analytics and the particulars of clinical research and clinical trial design
  • Previous experience in clinical research or patient data including clinical information systems, EMR, claims, etc.
  • Strong, flexible, research skills and the ability to locate epidemiological information
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all work deliverables


Bonus points:

  • Experience with data analysis or statistical software (SAS, R, etc.)
  • Experience performing literature reviews
