Anesthesia Veterinary Assistant

You will have the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and skillset in anesthesia procedures and treatments.    What you’ll do: 

• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete 
• Assist with end of day checklists
• Assist with patient prep & recovery
  Assist with Anesthesia ordering supplies
• Ensuring surgical suites are clean
• Collaboration with Anesthesia Coordinator on daily tasks

Who you are:  

• Prior veterinary experience required, previous anesthesia experience desired 

• Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.) 

• Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
