To qualify for this position at the GS-13 grade level, you must meet one of the following requirement. Specialized Experience: You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal Service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience includes managing a safety and occupational health program; applying occupational safety and health laws, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance; conducting inspections, hazard assessments, and accident investigations; developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, or training; and advising management on safety and occupational health issues.
