Surface Experts is hiring a field-based sales professional to sell surface repair services to apartment communities, hotels, assisted living and senior living facilities, and large residential builders. 
This is a field-based B2B sales role working directly with property managers, leasing teams, facilities managers, and maintenance teams. This role is a strong fit for candidates from property management, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or facilities-related roles who enjoy being in the field and building relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Visit managed properties and job sites throughout the day
• Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
• Walk units and common areas to identify repair opportunities
• Book repair work and coordinate next steps
• Manage your daily route and schedule
• Log activity and notes in our software
• Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits.

Compensation  $60,000–$100,000 OTE (base + commission + bonuses)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship.  We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle.  Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
