What you will do:
- Collect, analyze and produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations.
- Conduct customer complaint investigations.
- Execute all assigned tasks and/or testing following procedures.
- Perform duties associated to customers’ complaint device login and maintain integrity of the complaint device room.
- Support nonconformance and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities, as required.
- Propose solutions to a variety of technical and operational issues regarding quality concerns and/or necessary process improvements.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications and protocols. Apply appropriate statistical methods to solve technical or operational issues.
- Apply knowledge of reprocessing technologies to existing manufacturing processes, potential process improvements, product quality issues/concerns and/or any additional areas as deemed necessary.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for all activities. Develop technical understanding of device design and clinical functionality.
- Ensure overall good laboratory practices and cleanliness.
- If qualified and a member for calibration services, perform calibration of critical test or process equipment.
What you need:
- High school education or GED equivalent - required
- 2+ years relevant experience - required
- Associate’s or Technical degree in biology, chemistry, mechanical, electrical or related field - preferred
- Basic knowledge of Quality Systems Regulation (QSR) or ISO requirements and inspection and/or test technology and methods - preferred
