Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from intake to resolution, while providing support to clients and attorneys throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the intake process by obtaining medical records, police reports, and other necessary documents.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on their cases and address any concerns they may have.
• Coordinate with medical providers to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment for their injuries.
• Manage deadlines and ensure that all necessary paperwork is filed in a timely manner.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case-related activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish in a must.
•  A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
•  Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated success in case management in previous role.
• Strong team player with the ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and attorneys.
• Excellent organizational and meticulous attention to detail, equipped to handle numerous cases and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
• Proven discretion and integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.

This role pays $55k - $60k per year + bonuses and has an in-office requirement in the North Buckhead area.
