Global Mobility Specialist, Senior

Key Role:
Manage all aspects of employee relocation processes for employees who need domestic relocation support or international assignments. Demonstrate some understanding of domestic and international relocation processes, mobility policies, immigration requirements, tax implication, and compensation for expatriates. Leverage and apply your consulting skills, functional expertise, and demonstrate understanding and applications of industry knowledge and best practices. Assess and identify process improvement opportunities. Work with a diverse stakeholder group with plenty of opportunities to collaborate and partner with external team members and offer consultation and advisory services. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in domestic and international relocation and mobility
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of global mobility industry
Ability to communicate, both written and orally
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to present to diverse stakeholders
Possession of data analysis skills
Global Mobility and Employee Relocations Certifications
