Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Understanding Client Needs:</strong> Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Expert Sourcing and Onboarding:</strong> Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication and Outreach Skills:</strong> Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.</p></li><li><p><strong>Client Excellence:</strong> Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</p></li><li><p><strong>Process Expertise:</strong> Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Profiles We Are Seeking</u></strong></p><p>We welcome applications from individuals seeking a corporate career with rapid progression. We are in search of driven, collaborative, resilient, and curious individuals who excel in communication.</p><p>Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Interview Process</u></strong></p><p><strong>1st Stage Interview:</strong> Once we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to a 45-minute first stage interview with a member of the Talent team to further understand your motivations for joining us and assess your understanding of Atheneum and the role.</p><p><strong>2nd Stage Interview: </strong>At stage two, you will meet with two of our first line Managers who will ask you further questions about your experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study discussion. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.</p><p><strong>3rd Stage Interview:</strong> The third and final stage interview will be with two Account Managers who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions the team may have. This interview will also last approximately 60 minutes.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Please note all interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless stipulated otherwise by a member of the Talent Team.</em></p>
