Data Analytics Visualization Lead (PowerBI, Tech Hub)

<p><strong>ManpowerGroup Greece</strong>, on behalf of its client, a Fortune 500 firm, leader at its domain, is looking for a <strong>Data Analytics Visualization Lead</strong> for their Athens' Tech Hub to join their Data Analytics Team. Our client has a Tech Hub with more than 60 employees and the Hub provides IT Services across all corporate functions of the organization in Europe &amp; the USA. </p><p><strong>Workplace Location:</strong> Athens – Northern Suburbs, Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote) </p><p>As a <strong>Data Analytics Visualization Lead</strong> you will drive data visualization projects by leading a small team of visualization specialists and actively maintaining and developing analytical solutions for multiple projects across businesses, using multiple BI technologies (Power BI). </p><p>This is a hands-on role and requires strong technical acumen. It also involves participating in the review of business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of the business analytical needs and work in a dynamic environment with a variety of Business Intelligence (BI) technologies which include mostly Microsoft stack (95% of projects in Power BI &amp; some Azure Synapse), Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView for some legacy reports), Alteryx, Business Objects BI, Python and SQL Server DB.  </p><p><strong>More specifically you will: </strong></p><ul> <li>Lead a high performing small team of visualization experts and BI developers, driving day to day operational efficiency of visualization and reporting projects. </li> <li>Work closely with a talented team of data engineers, visualization experts and BI developers to solve important and challenging problems for internal customers within Greece and abroad </li> <li>Analyze the data and produce actionable insights using available tech stack </li> <li>Present findings in intuitive graphs/dashboards using storytelling techniques </li> <li>Design and implement high-end interactive visualizations (Dashboards, interactive Graphs, and Charts, Drill-in reports, etc.) utilizing various cloud and on-premises based data sources </li> <li>Translate written business requirements into technical specification documents </li> <li>Participate along with other team members in designing conceptual models and ensure consistency in data architecture and design  </li> <li>Deploy best practices in visualization based on industry knowledge </li> <li>Perform Quality Assurance in every deliverable ensuring high quality </li> </ul><ul><li>Document and communicate your findings as well as train colleagues and customers alike with best practices in your field </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Α Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred  </li> <li>3+ years of experience in Data Visualization and Storytelling </li> <li>3+ years of experience working as a Data or Business Analyst  </li> <li>Strong experience in handling datasets of any size </li> <li>Strong knowledge of Power BI </li> <li>Experience leading BI/Analytics development teams will be appreciated (as Team Leader, or Technical PM, or as a Senior Engineer) </li> <li>Experience in data modeling techniques and ability to understand how data should be structured in dimensions and measures </li> <li>Strong knowledge of SQL for optimally querying relational databases </li> <li>Strong analytical thinking </li> <li>Confident engaging at different levels of management and with people at different levels of technical understanding  </li> <li>Excellent communication skills proficient command of the English language</li> </ul><p><strong>Any experience in the following would be considered an asset </strong></p><ul> <li>Any experience in Data Science is a plus </li> <li>Exposure to a pixel perfect reporting tool (Power BI Paginated Reports, SSRS, Qlik NPrinting, Jaspersoft, etc.) </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Gross salary range: 3.200 – 3.750 per month (depending on skillset / experience) </li></ul><ul> <li>Yearly bonus </li> <li>Standard monthly allowance in meal vouchers (120 per month * 12) </li> <li>Private medical insurance &amp; Pension plan </li> <li>Prospects of development  </li> <li>Continuous education </li> </ul>
