What sets the Marriott Shop apart?

The Vienna Marriott Voucher Shop is the first voucher shop in Vienna, located right in the middle of the hotel scene and accessible to hotel guests, regular customers and interested parties. The shop allows you to make people happy and give away different culinary experiences.

What is there for you to do?

You are responsible for selling and managing hotel gift vouchers for various food and beverage offers and overnight stays (online and offline). You process and coordinate customer inquiries and table reservations for all hotel restaurants and bars (by telephone, in writing, in person) You sell tickets for special events such as New Year's Eve You work closely with all relevant departments, such as F&B, accounting, sales & marketing Cash desk activity in various accounting systems In addition, you are responsible for acquiring and supporting customers and regular guests and managing the respective customer files.

Your friends know exactly that they ask you when it comes to the right gift or a special experience. Giving yourself makes you happy and you feel like a warm host. You like to communicate and possibly speak several languages, at least spoken and written German. You are no stranger to using MS Office.

We offer a monthly salary starting from EUR 2,178 gross for full-time employment, although we guarantee an overpayment appropriate to your experience and qualifications.
