About the role

As a BI Analyst I, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of the company such as Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. This position works mostly with well defined datasets developed by more senior team members, using basic transformations to develop data visualizations and analyses that answer a broad set of questions across the company. You work closely with other BI team members on a daily basis. You should be knowledgeable in healthcare analytics, population health, and value-based care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide variety of audiences (company/ACO executives, internal staff, physicians, etc.)
  • Experience providing internal end-user support for reporting products, including answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and providing training.
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g. frequent use of pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Proficient with SQL (e.g. understands joins, aggregate functions)
  • Familiarity with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Preferred KSA’s
  • 1+ years of experience in health care
  • Tableau experience

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to support data driven decision making across many company divisions.
  • Working with teams across Aledade to translate your findings into action. You will build interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints that effectively communicate insights and motivate action among our internal business operations and partner practices.
  • Provides end user support to internal audiences for existing dashboards.
