DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE III
OPEN COMPETITVE
Your Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts/agreements to promote efficient and effective delivery of services to provide the best value to the State.
- Develop agreements/scopes of work that are clear, specific and comprehensive.
- Monitor contracts/agreements to evaluate the provider’s performance.
- Process payments after review of invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
- Coordinate the development of business analyses, reports and presentations to facilitate making important business decisions.
- Recommend policies and procedures for program administration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review proposed department rules and statements of estimated regulatory costs for impact on small businesses. Provide comments as necessary and appropriate.
- Provide recommendations to senior staff with respect to the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures and programs.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop working relationships with colleagues and partners

Qualifications:
As a condition of pre-employment eligibility, a Level 2 security background screening is required, which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state, and national law enforcement records.
Minimum:
Must complete the Florida Certified Contract Manager Certification Training within one year of hire.
Preferred
A bachelor’s degree or 1 year of experience with contracts and grants or program management.
Pay: $50,000-$55,000 / Annually
