Graduate Assistant or Student Worker (Videographer)

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit a wide range of portrait, event, editorial, and architectural videography used for a variety of marketing purposes  
• Attend on-campus university events (occasional off-campus events) and provide coverage for marketing and university colleagues  
• Cover newsworthy events and meet with key stakeholders as assigned  

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a degree in applicable field of study with a minimum of two years of schooling or equivalent experience
• Must have experience producing professional quality digital videography outdoors and indoors  
• Must have experience operating professional DSLR and mirrorless body cameras
• Competent knowledge of how to edit video in post-production software  
• Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus 
• Lighting and audio equipment experience preferred  
• Must be able to maintain professionalism as a member of University Marketing  
• Must be able to work independently and to produce quality pieces within a short time frame  
• Highly enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and creative mind
