THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for a Casino Acquisition Associate to help report, forecast and manage the Casino Acquisition function. You will play a key role supporting FanDuel Casino’s Acquisition program, collaborating across different teams and working closely with the Manager to elevate and optimize how we plan and report against Acquisition initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Work with the Acquisition Manager to own day-to-day tracking and reporting on key acquisition health metrics
• Become an expert on the data; cultivating extensive knowledge of where to find detailed metrics and how it all tracks with each other
• Utilize data to inform planning and clearly communicate key learnings with actionable insights
• Present and explain data coherently to a wide variety of different audiences
• Be a source of information for the wider Casino Acquisition team and effectively advise on recommended actions, with clear data-driven rationale behind recommendations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (primarily with Data Analytics & Commercial) to elevate our reporting capabilities (e.g. Tableau management), accuracy and actionability
  
  
  

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency manipulating large data sets and performing calculations (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements, etc.)
• Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner.
• Strong analytics skills using data to tackle problems and translate results into recommendations through different communication channels (e.g. via email, in-person, presenting).
• Comfortable with querying and logic (SQL knowledge a plus).
• Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others.
• An avid sports and gaming fan and have played FanDuel or competitive products.
• Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts.
