Property Data Management Intern

Join our dynamic team this summer as a Property Data Management Intern for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The Property Data Management Intern will play a vital role in gathering and organizing property-related data to support our operations. This role involves collecting property attributes, organizing documents and links for Property Central, which serves as a one-stop shop for all property information, as well as updating lease comps in Salesforce. You will collaborate with various Rexford departments to ensure data accuracy and accessibility, ultimately enhancing our data management processes.

Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather property attributes from sources like Closing Summaries and Site Maps and populate the Excel template.
• Obtain and organize links for each property, including ESG Metrics, Kingsley Results, Marketing Materials, and Solar Program.
• Organize documents needed for Property Central in SharePoint for easy access, such as Closing and DD Summaries, Comps Summary, Construction Documents, Land Use, and Site Maps.
• Review data from broker lease comps and verify them in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in property data management and organization.
• Basic understanding of data management tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• 10 week program beginning June 2, 2025 ending August 8, 2025

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20. *The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
