NAPP Program Analyst (MATSG-22)

Description

We are seeking a dedicated NAPP Program Analyst to support the Marine Aviation Training Support Group (MATSG) 22 in Corpus Christi, TX. This role is crucial in managing and analyzing data for Marine Corps student pilots throughout their advanced flight training phases, ensuring efficient progression and optimal resource utilization.

As the NAPP Program Analyst for MATSG-22, you will:

• Ensure effective data collection, entry, and validation of NAPP data into NIPDR and MCTIMS for tracking, quality assurance, chart generation, and analysis of Marine student pilots.
• Focus on all phases of training at Training Wing 4 (TW4), Training Wing 1 (TW1), and Training Wing 2 (TW2).
• Manage data for students from their entry into advanced flight training through their transfer to Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS) or other Training Wings.
• Conduct liaison with other NAPP Program Analysts, USMC and USN training personnel, and Task Group Leads as necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in all aspects of MCTIMS relating to student production and the TAD assignments process.
• Maintain and update current and projected student information in NIPDR, including seat dates, Targeted Completion Dates (TCD) changes, and student information updates and validations.
• Provide Command statistical/quantitative analysis and recommendations regarding student production.
• Develop production plans and NAPP-centric briefs as required.
• Update APM SharePoint as directed to reflect the current production status.
• Maintain historical information on all Service Level Reviews (SLR).
• Provide analysis to support FRS selection decisions by leadership for USMC aviation within the CNATRA Multi-engine, Tilt-rotor and Strike pipelines.
• Track and analyze student progression through various advanced training tracks (e.g., Multi-engine, Tilt-rotor, Strike).

Requirements

 Detailed Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and process improvement, preferably in military aviation or training environments
• Knowledge of Marine Corps aviation training processes, particularly for advanced flight training phases
• Proficiency in MCTIMS, NIPDR, and other relevant database systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance
• Willingness to work on-site in Corpus Christi, TX
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with USMC and USN advanced flight training pipelines and FRS selection processes
