Essential Functions

Provide assistance to ensure efficient functioning of the Rehab Therapies department, to help therapist maximize patient care time and patient outcomes. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies
• Previous work or volunteer experience in a hospital or clinical setting with experience in a rehabilitation setting            or nursing preferred
• Current American Heart Association BLS required
• Washington State Driver’s License with Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes required
• Bilingual and/or English/Spanish-Speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population. Ability to read, writes, and speaks English fluently
